Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions people ask before getting started.

Can Cowork. be used to manage a coliving residence?

Yes. The coliving profile adapts wording and the catalog to residences: bedrooms, common areas, guest rooms, laundry rooms, or parking. You keep a clear schedule for anything shared or bookable.

Can residents book common areas?

Yes. A shared room, kitchen, terrace, or laundry room can be created as a bookable resource. Residents choose an available time slot according to the rules you define.

Can I manage bedrooms in the same tool?

Yes. A bedroom or guest room can be represented as a resource with availability, pricing, and conditions. For longer stays, you can also use plans or memberships as the management logic.

Can I review certain bookings before accepting them?

Yes. You can require manual approval for sensitive or high-demand resources. The request remains pending until you approve it, helping enforce the residence’s house rules.

Can I distinguish residents, guests, and visitors?

Yes. You can organize people by category and adapt the rules: access to certain resources, pricing, free usage included in a plan, or paid booking for an external visitor.

Does Cowork. replace a full property management system?

No. Cowork. mainly manages bookable resources, plans, booking-related payments, and scheduling. It does not replace a specialized tool for leases, deposits, or full rental accounting.

Can a residence with several buildings be managed in one account?

Yes. Each building or address can be created as a space with its own resources, hours, and rules. The team keeps a shared view and can filter activity by location.

Do residents receive a confirmation after booking?

Yes. They receive the useful details: booked resource, date, times, instructions, and any access details. This reduces manual messages and clarifies booking rules.
