Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions people ask before getting started.

What types of resources can I make available for booking?
You can offer desks, meeting rooms, hot desks, and open spaces. Each resource can have its own capacity, description, photos, and equipment.

Can Cowork. help me see who is on site each day?

Yes. Employees book a desk, room, or zone according to the site rules. The office manager sees attendance in the schedule and can track occupancy without a separate spreadsheet.

Which resource types are suited to flex office?

The catalog can include desks, flex desks, floors or zones, meeting rooms, phone booths, lockers, and parking spots. You stay in control of visible labels and booking rules.

Can I reserve some resources for a team or user category?

Yes. You can structure customers or employees by category and apply tailored rules: pricing, access to certain resource types, quotas, or internal usage depending on your organization.

Does flex office booking only work by the hour?

No. You can define bookings by the hour, half-day, or day. For many flex office sites, the day is the main format, while rooms can remain bookable in shorter time slots.

Can I manage several flex office sites from the same account?

Yes. Each site can have its own address, opening hours, resources, and rules. You keep a consolidated view of activity while filtering data by site when needed.

Can I open some desks or rooms to external visitors?

Yes. You choose which resources are published and through which booking channel. A site can serve internal employees while offering selected availability to visitors, partners, or customers.

Do flex office bookings always have to be paid?

No. You can use Cowork. for internal use without payment on each booking, or enable payment when the site charges teams, visitors, or external customers.

Which metrics can I track to manage flex office?

You can track occupancy, most requested resources, upcoming bookings, cancellations, and payments if you charge for some bookings. Site-level filters help you decide where to adjust the offer.
